Our coaches bring people, services and plans together. But we're not only great coaches! We're also fluent in "NDIS-speak' and the coordination of NDIS and other supports.

With the benefit of lived and learned knowledge, our gifted coaches collaborate with you in truly creative and meaningful ways.

• developing recovery-enabling relationships, based on the knowledge that a good life is possible (but not always easy!)
• co-designed recovery planning
• coaching to increase recovery skills and personal capacity, including motivation,
• coaching around strengths, resilience and decision-making
• collaborating with the broader system of supports to ensure supports are recovery-oriented
• supporting engagement with the NDIS, including support with plan implementation
• documentation and evidence-gathering to meet NDIS requirements for future plans

• male and female support coordinators and coaches are available now
• as an independent NDIS provider, we offer services to plan managed participants. If you are agency managed you're welcome to ask for help. We can support you to determine your eligibility, and change the CB Support Coordination part of your plan over - it's very simple!
